Hike: roxborough state park

A new hike today! Trey and I did 8 miles around Roxborough State Park in Littleton. It was a beautiful and challenging hike. Luckily I didn't have to talk much because Trey filled most of the 3 hours talking about the Apple Watch he is saving up to buy.

Still allergic to cashews - confirmed!

Poor baby had an allergic reaction last night and we took him to the ER to be safe. "Almond butter" cliff bars actually have cashew butter in them. Ugh!

Some Benadryl and steroids shaped him right up and we were home a few hours later.

Rockies

The summer event at work was 2 tickets to the Rockies game. Jonah and I went last night and it was a great game. We were behind by 2 then hit a 3-run homerun!

I love hearing Jonah's counselors tell these stories!

We baked cookies and took them to a local fire station. We spent about 30 minutes there looking in all the trucks. They were super nice and let the boys touch everything.
