Camp Timberline pickup was so cool!  The counselors has amazingly nice things to say about the boys and I could tell they had a fanatic week.

Live horse races

We went to the horse races a few weeks ago in Aurora for the first time and loved it! I can't believe we've never gone! It is every weekend during the summer. We did 5 $2 bets and came home with $8.

Eli is 39 lbs (35%) and 42.5" (35%).  He passed his vision and hearing screening.

Drop off at Air Force Academy soccer camp

We dropped Trey off at the Air Force Academy soccer camp for the week. He'll stay in the dorms and play lots of soccer. From 6-9pm they get to run around in the field house playing on the ice rink, basketball court, watch a movie, and eat junk food. He's going to love it!! He promises to send pictures of his dorm room.

HPA working to protect us

I'm being interviewed by an agent from the HPA (home protection agency) about an incident that occurred yesterday... a stolen nerf gun. I blamed it on the sketchy guy with the hoodie (Joe).

Jonah got to spend the day with his band group at the amusement park. They did a "concert" this morning than got to ride the rides all day.

I've been studying the basics of photography so I can improve my pictures. Tonight at the Sand Dunes hotel I practiced "filling the frame."

Quick trip!

We are headed down to the Great Sand Dunes National Park for a night. We've never been and it has been on my to do list for years.

My entrepreneur…

He bought all the supplies himself and now this is his 3rd lemonade stand in a week. He has definitely made back his investment although his recordkeeping is so shoddy he has no idea how much money he has made. Good thing he is signed up for an entrepreneur summer camp through the school!

Maybe time for some shirts that fit?
