Today I am working from home, so I saw Trey this morning, where usually I am gone by the time he wakes up. I was in the office working, and I heard him in the living room:
Trey: Where did mommy go?
Joe: She went to work.
Trey: But she didn’t even talk to us!
I think he meant I didn’t say bye.
