Last weekend we went back to
Buffalo Creek Recreation Area. It's on the Colorado Trail, free, very spread out, and the dogs can roam off leash. We did a 2.5 mile hike on Saturday and 3 miles on Sunday. The boys are good hikers! Especially when they get a marshmallow every .5 mile as long as they haven't complained. Bribery works with these kids.

Joe was convinced that a squirrel was deliberately throwing pine cones down on him, so the boys were enthralled.
