Well we settled on a listing price for our house. Carpet cleaner
comes Monday, photographer Tuesday, and it should be listed by
Thursday! Joe has worked literally from sunrise to sundown getting
the house ready - touching up paint, cleaning all the blinds and
baseboards, decluttering, moving furniture...
The inspection on the new home is Monday and if all goes well we close on May 9.
