Well, after a ton of work over the past few weeks, I earned my executive coach certification! I am so excited. I've learned a ton and now I have some credibility as a coach. I put in 140 hours of work - coursework, reading, and submitting recorded sessions to be critiqued - in the past 3.5 weeks. The website says it typically takes people 4-6 months to get certified.
