The story of the flip flops
In preparation for our Florida trip this weekend, I picked up some
basic cheap flip flops for the boys at Old Navy. They've never worn
flip flops, but I figured they would be good for the beach and the
hotel pool at Disney. So I gave them to the boys, and they had no
idea how to wear them! Jonah liked them right away....he practiced
walking around in them and even wanted to sleep with them on. But
Trey hated them! He complained they hurt, he couldn't walk in them,
and tried to throw them away. For some reason I'm still surprised at
how differently they handle the same situation!

On the move!
Well we settled on a listing price for our house. Carpet cleaner
comes Monday, photographer Tuesday, and it should be listed by
Thursday! Joe has worked literally from sunrise to sundown getting
the house ready - touching up paint, cleaning all the blinds and
baseboards, decluttering, moving furniture...
The inspection on the new home is Monday and if all goes well we close on May 9.

Brilliant baby!
I can tell this baby is absolutely brilliant! When he hears me say the words "come quick! the baby is kicking like crazy," he knows to stay absolutely still. He kicks 1438 minutes of the day, then is perfectly still the 2 minutes Joe watches my belly. Just amazing I tell you.

Snow day!
out at 7:30. They have to stay out for at least 30 minutes to "earn"
hot chocolate.
