Today Joe and I celebrate what he refers to as "the anniversary that doesn't count." It is 10 years from our first date. Can you believe it??! I still like to celebrate this anniversary because we put in 6 good years together before getting married, so I hate that those years don't count towards our "official" anniversary. I was a senior in college and he was a junior, and we were both back from Christmas vacation a few days early. We had met before break, and on January 17th, 1998 we actually left campus (a big deal at Bucknell) and went for a day trip to ski in the Poconos. It was then I discovered what an amazing skiier he is.
Speaking of...today we leave for Crotched Mountain. Joe and Trey are going up after yoga class and I am leaving after work.
