Joe and I are dabbling into the discipline arena with Trey. He is well behaved most of the time, but when we tell him "no" to something, he flings whatever is in his hand across the room and looks at us to see what we will do. I have done a couple of time outs, and Joe likes to raise his voice. Before we have to do this more often, we need to sync up our philosophies. As Super Nanny says, it is important to be consistent.
